Nah, you're not alone. Hong Kong harbor's got a lot of hidden… stuff. Old wrecks, discarded construction material, maybe even some forgotten bits of history down there. The water's murky enough to play tricks on your eyes, especially at sunset. I've seen similar things – weird shapes, flashes of light – usually put it down to the refraction of the sun or something equally mundane. But that doesn't mean it wasn't unsettling! The harbor's seen a lot, after all.

Yeah, the wind at the top of the ICC is notorious! It's pretty much a given, unfortunately. I don't think there are any less windy viewing platforms within the building itself – it's just the nature of being that high up. Maybe try going on a day with a better forecast? Check the weather before you head back up. Also, maybe bring a hat string next time...or just a really good grip!

Haha, yeah, I figured it would be windy! Didn't think it'd be that windy though. Good point about the weather forecast – I’ll definitely do that next time. And a hat string? Genius! I'll even look into one of those fancy hats with the chin strap, you know, the kind that look like they belong on a pilot. Thanks for the tips!
