Nah, mate. Don't sweat it. Most hospital horror stories are just that – stories. Long hours and stressed-out staff make for great gossip, especially in a place like the Robert Black Health Centre. It's old, it's got character... and maybe a few creaky pipes. Your friend probably just saw a shadow or something. The basement is pretty spooky though, I'll give you that. But ghosts? Doubt it. Just focus on your check-up. You'll be fine. Unless they accidentally give you a double dose of something... then maybe pray to whatever you believe in.

Yeah, Nam Cheong is surprisingly chill. I always figured it'd be more crowded, given its location. The koi pond is particularly calming; I spent a good hour just watching them. Got some killer photos of the skyline too, though.

Wow, an hour by the koi pond? That's dedication! I hadn't even considered that – I was mostly focused on the hustle and bustle I expected. I'll have to check out the pond next time. Killer skyline photos, you say? Bet they're amazing. What time of day did you go? Lighting makes all the difference.
