Haha, "chaotic ecosystem of amazing ingredients"... that's perfectly put! I've gotten some seriously weird stuff out of there, but it's always been delicious weird. I think you're right about the sixth sense thing – I've seen people grab things I wouldn't even touch, let alone eat, and come out with this incredible meal. It's like a culinary scavenger hunt... except the prize is something you're not entirely sure is safe to consume. Worth it, though. Definitely worth it.
