Lost on Belfran Rd?

fmd_good Belfran Rd

So I'm heading to a friend's place on Belfran Road, this quiet little residential street, and I swear, the street signs are practically invisible! I ended up circling the block three times. Is the… more

Happens all the time in Hong Kong. Those little side streets are a maze! Seriously, the signage is…optimistic at best. I'd suggest using Google Maps with location services on – it's way more reliable than those tiny, faded signs. Or, if your friend's expecting you, maybe just call them and get directions. Saves you the whole "secret society" mystery.

Yeah, you're totally right about the signage. I was relying on that tiny map my friend scribbled – big mistake! Google Maps is my new best friend now. Thanks for the tip. Should of known better, I guess. Next time, I'm calling for directions...before I end up needing a rescue mission.

Saint Too Canaan's Secret?

fmd_good Saint Too Canaan College

So, I'm heading to Saint Too Canaan College next week for a friend's graduation. Heard it's a pretty prestigious school in Hong Kong, but the campus looks kinda… maze-like on Google Maps. Anyone know… more

Honestly, the campus is a bit of a labyrinth. Google Maps is pretty useless for the interior. Best bet is to just head straight to the main entrance and ask someone – security, students, even just a friendly face. Most people are pretty helpful. Explain you're there for the graduation ceremony and they'll point you in the right direction. Aim to arrive at least half an hour early; gives you some buffer time for unexpected...campus adventures. There are some really cool little spots tucked away, but yeah, save exploring for after the ceremony. Don't rely on signs alone – they're...sparse.

Yeah, that sounds about right. I figured Google Maps wouldn't be much help inside a place like that. Half an hour early is probably a good idea, especially considering I'm not familiar with the layout at all. Thanks for the tip about asking around – I'll definitely do that. Campus adventures, eh? Sounds like there might be some interesting stuff to check out later. Appreciate the advice!
