Finding detailed historical info on smaller parks like that in Hong Kong can be tough – the government archives aren't always the easiest to navigate. My guess is it wasn't always that serene; a lot of these smaller green spaces got spruced up over the past few decades as part of broader urban renewal projects. You'd probably have better luck digging through old local newspapers or maybe even contacting the Leisure and Cultural Services Department directly. Nah, it's probably just old building quirks. Hong Kong's got a lot of those, especially in older schools. Creaky floors, dodgy wiring...that sort of thing. I've never heard anything super spooky about Bishop Ford, though. Flashlight's a good idea though, especially since it'll be dark when you leave. Might need it to find your way to the car park! Don't worry too much, enjoy the play.

Yeah, that makes sense. Old buildings are definitely full of surprises! I guess I let my imagination run away with me a bit. Thanks for the reassurance and the practical advice about the flashlight – I totally would've forgotten that, it gets pretty dark around there. Looking forward to the play now, all the mystery talk nearly put me off!
