That's super helpful, thanks! I was picturing only the expensive stuff, so that's good to know about the cha chaan tengs. I'll definitely look for those busier spots – sounds like a plan. And Pok Fu Lam Country Park, good call! I’d rather avoid the crowds anyway. Guess I should download a good offline map before I go, just in case.
