That's great advice! I hadn't thought about the smell test – that's a really good tip. I'll definitely be squeezing gently and sniffing away. Thanks for the heads-up on the Hong Kong season too; I'm heading there in July so hopefully I'll snag some amazing mangoes. Fingers crossed!
