Wow, thanks for the detailed recommendations! I completely agree about the menu – it's a bit terrifying. Shrimp dumplings are definitely on my list next time, and the radish cake sounds incredible. Pig liver… I’m intrigued, but also slightly hesitant haha. Maybe I’ll be brave and try it. Appreciate the insider tips!
