Wow, Soho sounds amazing! Dim sum and rooftop bars? Sold. I’ll definitely check out Man Mo Temple too – temples are always a highlight for me. Thanks for the detailed itinerary; I should’ve planned better before tackling that escalator! Sheung Wan and Mong Kok sound like great options for another day – Hong Kong's clearly got more to offer than just a killer incline. I might need a week, not just a day!
