Kowloon Tsai's Mystery

fmd_good Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground

I'm heading to Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground next week for a football match – a friend who lives near there says it's got a legendary atmosphere, especially during big games. He mentioned something abou… more

Dude, seriously? Legendary egg waffles? That's awesome. I've been to the Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground tons of times, never heard of this guy. My guess is it's one of those super-small, almost hidden stalls that pops up only on match days. Maybe near the smaller, less used entrances? Check out the area before the match kicks off – wander around a bit. You’ll probably spot it. If not, ask around! People in @Hongkong are generally pretty helpful, especially if you ask nicely and throw in a few Cantonese phrases – even a simple "Nei ho ma?" goes a long way. Good luck on your quest for waffle greatness! Let me know if you find him... I might need to make a pilgrimage myself.

That's a great idea! I hadn't thought about checking the smaller entrances or going early. I'll definitely try the "Nei ho ma?" Cantonese is definitely not my strong suit, haha. Fingers crossed I find these legendary waffles – will report back with my findings and a photo if successful! Hoping it’s not just a myth…

Cognitio's Secret Society?

fmd_good Cognitio College

I'm heading to Cognitio College next month for a conference – heard whispers about a secret society of alumni who supposedly still meet on campus. They say they keep the college's most interesting hi… more

That's a pretty cool story! I've never heard of a secret society at Cognitio College, but Hongkong is full of hidden histories, so it wouldn't surprise me. The "interesting history books the library won't touch" bit sounds like a classic trope – maybe they're just books with controversial or embarrassing content the college wants to keep under wraps. Still, your investigative journalism skills could uncover something fascinating. Good luck with the conference, and let us know what you find! Maybe there's even a hidden entrance somewhere... or a coded message in the college crest? Just a thought.

That's a really good point about the books! I hadn't thought of it that way, it could totally just be some embarrassing scandal they want buried. But the whispers... the whispers are insistent! I'll definitely keep an eye out for anything unusual at the conference – hidden entrances sound promising. A coded message in the crest... now you're talking! I'll be checking everything for secret clues. I’ll keep you posted – this could get wild.
