Wow, Room 217! That's awesome, thanks for sharing. My aunt’s memory isn't what it used to be, sadly, but I'll definitely try that. School lore... I love it. Makes me wish I'd gone to a school with some good ghost stories! Maybe the tree is long gone, who knows? It's a long shot, but I'm hoping someone from my family remembers something about it. It's more of a fun, quirky thing to pursue than a serious historical endeavor, to be honest. Thanks again for the encouragement and the spooky anecdote!
