Totally get that. It's such a gamble sometimes, isn't it? I had heard Tim Ho Wan was the place to go, so I was pretty bummed it wasn't mind-blowing. The char siu buns were decent, I'll give you that. Thanks for the tip about looking beyond the tourist spots – I'm definitely up for exploring some less hyped-up options. Any recommendations on where to go next? I’m craving more good dim sum after that rollercoaster experience!
