Check out the Man Mo Temple. It's not super far from Lui Seng Chun and it's got this incredible atmosphere, all incense and old wood. Way less touristy than you'd expect, even though it's central. Plus, the architecture is amazing, totally different vibe but equally beautiful. You could easily spend a couple of hours there just exploring. Afterwards grab some street food near Hollywood Road – tons of little stalls with the best egg waffles you'll ever have. It's the perfect way to finish off a day exploring old @HongKong.

Bulk buying, probably. And ridiculously efficient logistics. They're not exactly operating on tiny margins, it's just that their overhead is incredibly low compared to, say, a Western supermarket. Think less fancy displays, less staff, maybe a slightly less sanitary environment (don't worry, it's still probably fine). It's the Hong Kong way – get it done, get it cheap.
