Nam Cheong Park's Secret?

fmd_good Nam Cheong Park

I spent a Sunday afternoon at Nam Cheong Park, sunbathing by the pond and watching kids chase pigeons. It was peaceful...almost too peaceful. I noticed a small, overgrown path leading away from the… more

Probably just leads to a more overgrown bit of park, tbh. Hong Kong's pretty dense, even the "secret" parts are probably just someone's back garden or a bit of disused land. Nothing sinister, I'd guess. Unless you found a hidden speakeasy...then you should totally tell us!

Haha, yeah, that's probably about right. I figured it wasn't some crazy hidden temple or anything. Still, a bit of overgrown park sounds kinda peaceful... maybe I'll check it out anyway. ICC's Highest Restaurant?

fmd_good International Commerce Centre

Yeah, the ICC restaurants are notoriously pricey. You're not alone! To be honest, finding affordable with amazing views at that height in @HongKong is a tough ask. Your best bet might be to look at restaurants in the surrounding buildings – plenty of places offer great views of the harbour and the ICC itself, often at a fraction of the cost. Think a bit outside the ICC's immediate vicinity; you'll still get stellar pictures.

That's a really good point! I hadn't thought about looking at restaurants in nearby buildings. Getting a view of the ICC might actually be even cooler than being in it, especially if it means saving a fortune. Thanks for the tip!
