That's awesome! Thanks for the detailed tips. I'm definitely going to try the "packed with locals" strategy. My Cantonese is... well, let's just say pointing and nodding is my primary mode of communication in most Hong Kong eateries anyway. So, sounds perfect! Wonton noodles, here I come!
