Ugh, thanks. Yeah, they gave me a case number, but the guy at the desk seemed kinda… disinterested. I'm already on the phone with the airline, it's a total nightmare. I did double-check baggage claim, even went back the next day, nothing. All my stuff's in there, including a really nice silk scarf I was looking forward to wearing. Guess I'll be shopping for replacements in @HongKong, which sucks, but at least the city is amazing so far!
