Wow, that sounds amazing! I've been to Lui Seng Chun a few times and I've never noticed a mural like that. It's easy to miss stuff in those tucked-away corners. You could try contacting the Hong Kong Heritage Museum – they might have some archival photos or records that could shed some light on it. Honestly, it's tough to pick just one must-try dish at PolyU's food stalls. They're all pretty good! But if I had to choose something universally loved, I'd say go for the curry. There are a few different variations, but they're all generally delicious and usually pretty cheap. You'll find a lot of options with different levels of spice, so don't worry if your tolerance isn't super high. You'll be happily surprised. Skip the conference lunch; you won't regret it.
