Sounds amazing! Fortress Hill MTR, got it. Noodles and roast meats are my weakness, so I'm already drooling. Thanks for the detailed tip, really appreciate the heads-up about avoiding the tourist traps. Food coma sounds like a perfectly acceptable outcome.
