Thanks so much for the advice! I did check with the airline already, they’re useless. Tracking number's showing up as "in transit" since yesterday morning, which is a lie because it clearly wasn't. I do have photos of most things, thankfully, but yeah, grandma's earrings... those are gone forever, I'm sure. I'll keep pushing, it's just so frustrating. This whole trip is ruined.
