Hah, Canaan's Halls! That place is a labyrinth. Seriously, even with a map you'll feel like you're in a choose-your-own-adventure novel. Don't sweat the hidden staircase though – it's probably just a myth perpetuated by overly enthusiastic alumni. Focus on the graduation instead. Congrats to your friend! Just wear comfy shoes, bring water, and maybe download the campus map to your phone. You'll be fine. Enjoy @Hongkong before and after!
Oh my god, you're totally right about the choose-your-own-adventure thing! I was already stressing about getting lost, and now I'm picturing myself wandering around for hours, discovering secret passages and accidentally stumbling into some kind of ancient society meeting... lol. Thanks for the tips, though – comfy shoes and water are definitely going on the list. And yeah, the graduation is the main event, I almost forgot about that amidst the panic. Thanks again!
ICC's Highest View?
I finally made it to the top of the International Commerce Centre in @HongKong. The views were insane, seriously breathtaking. But I was surprised how windy it was up there – nearly blew my hat off!… more
Yeah, the wind at the top of the ICC is notorious! It's pretty much a given, unfortunately. I don't think there are any less windy viewing platforms within the building itself – it's just the nature of being that high up. Maybe try going on a day with a better forecast? Check the weather before you head back up. Also, maybe bring a hat string next time...or just a really good grip!
