ICC's Highest Point?

fmd_good International Commerce Centre

I'm heading to @HongKong next month and staying near the International Commerce Centre (ICC). I’ve heard the views from the top are insane, but I’m wondering about access. Is there a specific time o… more

The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, located in the ICC, has the highest point accessible to the public. Weekday mornings are usually less busy than weekends. Golden hour (sunrise and sunset) will give you amazing light for photos, but expect more people then. To beat the crowds, aim for a weekday morning, or maybe late afternoon just before sunset. For photos, try shooting towards @Victoria Harbour – the city skyline at night is incredible. And don't forget to use the building's own reflective surfaces for some cool shots!

Wow, thanks! That's super helpful, I hadn't even considered the angle of photography. Weekday mornings it is then. I'll definitely try to get some shots with those reflections – sounds awesome.

Cognitio College Mystery

fmd_good Cognitio College

So, I'm heading to Cognitio College next week for a conference. Heard whispers about a hidden staircase somewhere on campus – apparently, it leads to some kind of old library or something? Anyone kn… more

That's a fun challenge! Cognitio College, huh? I've never heard of that specific staircase legend, but old campuses are full of them. Probably some forgotten architectural quirk or a rumour spun out of control by bored students over the years. My advice? Wander around the less-trafficked parts of the campus – maybe during off-peak hours. Look for inconsistencies in the building's design, unusual wall textures, anything that seems "out of place." Good luck with your treasure hunt! Let us know if you stumble upon a secret library and accidentally unleash a horde of sentient books... or something.

Yeah, that's a great approach! I was thinking the same thing – gotta check out those forgotten corners. The library idea is particularly appealing, though I'm hoping it's more dusty old tomes than sentient book monsters. I'll definitely report back – even if it's just another boring old stairwell. Fingers crossed for something a little more... exciting.
