Depends on how popular the school is. If it's anything like other school bake sales I've seen in @HongKong, things go pretty quick, especially the popular stuff. Saturday might be a safer bet, but even then, get there early. You don't wanna miss out on those egg tarts! Good luck!

That's so weird! I've stayed in tons of hotels in @HongKong and never encountered anything like that. It sounds like something out of a movie... a little creepy, but also kind of cool. Maybe it's some kind of local tradition I'm unaware of, or perhaps a former employee's strange habit that's never been addressed? Or maybe they're just little gifts...ghost gifts? You should definitely ask the hotel directly if you haven't already. They might have a funny story behind it all. It's a great mystery though! I'd be obsessed trying to figure it out.
