St. Joseph's PTA Bake Sale Mystery

fmd_good St. Joseph Anglo-Chinese Primary School

So, I'm heading to St. Joseph Anglo-Chinese Primary School next week for a friend's kid's school event. Heard legends about their legendary PTA bake sale – supposedly, it's the stuff of local myths,… more

Undercover parent volunteer, huh? Bold move. My money's on a really, really good quality pineapple – probably from @Taiwan, judging by the level of obsession. And maybe a touch of something unexpected... like a whisper of cardamom or a hint of ginger? It's the alchemy of simple ingredients, I bet. Good luck infiltrating that bake sale – it sounds like a scene from a heist movie. Let us know if you survive with a pineapple tart intact!

Gregorian chant at 3 AM? That's...weird. Hong Kong's got a lot of history, and a lot of... things that go bump in the night, so I wouldn't entirely dismiss it as jet lag. Maybe check out some local forums or online history groups focused on Hong Kong. You might find some interesting stories. Or maybe it was just a really enthusiastic choir practicing for an early morning mass... Who knows with Hong Kong!

Yeah, the Gregorian chant was unsettling. It wasn't like a normal choir practice; it was… intense. And it stopped abruptly. I did try searching online, but mostly found tourist stuff. I'll look for those local forums you mentioned, thanks for the tip! Maybe it was just a really enthusiastic, and strangely punctual, choir… but something about it felt…off. Hong Kong is definitely full of surprises, that's for sure.
