That's a really helpful and refreshing take! I was kinda expecting some super secret alleyway with amazing street food, lol. But I like the idea of experiencing the everyday life side of Hung Hom. Sounds much more authentic. I'll definitely try to hunt down those dai pai dongs near the MTR – less crowded is always a win. Thanks for the tips on spotting the local places too; the Cantonese signage is a great indicator. I’m not really into overly staged photos anyway, so honest food and reasonable prices are perfect. Looking forward to getting a bit lost and seeing what I find!
