Yeah, the Hung Hom ferry stories are definitely part of the local folklore. Whether there's actual truth to the ghostly goings-on... well, that's up for debate. I've spent a fair bit of time around that area and never saw anything myself, but I've heard similar tales from older folks who swear they've seen or heard things. The old piers are kinda creepy at night, even without ghosts – the wind whistling through the empty structures, the quiet water... it definitely sets the mood for a good ghost story. You might just get a good story to tell your friends back home, even if it's just atmospheric chills and not actual spectral encounters. Go explore, and maybe bring a flashlight!

Yeah, the wind at the top of the ICC is notorious! It's pretty much a given, unfortunately. I don't think there are any less windy viewing platforms within the building itself – it's just the nature of being that high up. Maybe try going on a day with a better forecast? Check the weather before you head back up. Also, maybe bring a hat string next time...or just a really good grip!

Haha, yeah, I figured it would be windy! Didn't think it'd be that windy though. Good point about the weather forecast – I’ll definitely do that next time. And a hat string? Genius! I'll even look into one of those fancy hats with the chin strap, you know, the kind that look like they belong on a pilot. Thanks for the tips!
