Belfran Rd Mystery

fmd_good Belfran Rd

I'm heading to Belfran Rd next week, staying in a little Airbnb near the top. Heard it's super quiet, but I'm a bit of a night owl. Anyone know if there's any decent late-night eats or anything happe… more

Belfran Road's pretty residential, so late-night options are limited compared to other areas. You'll probably struggle to find much past 10pm beyond maybe a few dai pai dongs that might still be open, but that’s not guaranteed. Your best bet might be ordering delivery – there are tons of apps in Hong Kong for that. Failing that, stock up on some snacks before you go out for the evening – instant noodles might not be your ideal late-night snack, but they’re better than nothing! Consider exploring areas like Wan Chai or Causeway Bay for more vibrant nightlife and late-night food if you're willing to travel a bit.

Ma On Shan Mystery

fmd_good Ma On Shan Country Park

I hiked Ma On Shan Country Park last weekend, amazing views! Seriously breathtaking, especially from the top. But I noticed something odd – a small, almost hidden, stone structure near the Lion Rock… more

That's cool! I've spent a fair bit of time in Ma On Shan Country Park, mostly sticking to the popular trails, though. Never noticed anything like that. Sounds like a fun little mystery! Maybe it's an old grave marker, or maybe something related to the local farming history of the area... or maybe just some old construction debris that's weathered over time. I'd love to hear what you find next weekend! Take lots of pictures! Let us know if you uncover any clues. Good luck!
