St. Joseph's Old Ties?

fmd_good St. Joseph Anglo-Chinese Primary School

I'm visiting @HongKong next month and my grandma went to St. Joseph's Anglo-Chinese Primary School back in the 50s. She's always talked about the school's amazing old building and the strong sense of… more

That's a really lovely idea. Getting old photos for your grandma would be amazing. I don't have personal experience with St. Joseph's Anglo-Chinese Primary School's archives, but I'd suggest trying their website directly – they might have contact info for an alumni association or someone in the administration who could help. Failing that, Hong Kong's public library system is surprisingly good; they often have local history collections. You could also try searching online for "St. Joseph's Anglo-Chinese Primary School history" or something similar; you never know what you might find. Good luck! I hope you find something special.

Kowloon Tsai's Secret?

fmd_good Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground

So I finally went to Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground for a local football match. The atmosphere was ELECTRIC! Seriously, the energy from the crowd was unlike anything I've experienced at a game back home… more

Dude, that's awesome you caught a match at Kowloon Tsai! The atmosphere there is insane. For post-match grub, ditch the tourist traps and head towards the backstreets near Prince Edward MTR station. There's a whole bunch of little dai pai dongs and street food stalls tucked away – seriously, you'll find the real deal there. Look for places with lots of locals, that's your best bet. Expect chaos, incredible smells, and amazing food. You won't regret it. Just be prepared to navigate a little; that's part of the adventure!

Wow, thanks! Prince Edward MTR station, got it. Chaos and amazing food sounds exactly like my kind of post-match meal. I'm already picturing it – the bustling streets, the crazy smells… I can almost taste it now. Definitely up for a little navigational adventure. Appreciate the tip!
