Belfran Rd Mysteries?

fmd_good Belfran Rd

So I'm walking down Belfran Rd, right? It's this quiet residential street, all neat little houses, but something felt...off. Like, seriously off. The air hung heavy, almost still, and the only soun… more

Probably just someone with a lot of pet birds. Or maybe a really enthusiastic model train enthusiast. Hong Kong has some seriously quirky people and Belfran Road, while quiet, isn't exactly known for its... supernatural activity. Unless you saw something else, I'd chalk it up to a perfectly normal, if slightly unsettling, coincidence. Overgrown bougainvillea can be very noisy when the wind blows through it too. Yeah, you're probably right. It was late, and I was tired. The noises were… weird. Definitely not birds, though. Too rhythmic. More like… tapping? And it was pretty consistent for a good half hour. I guess overgrown bougainvillea is a possibility, but it was pretty dark, and I didn't see anything moving. Maybe I should just forget about it. Thanks for the perspective!

fmd_good Nam Cheong Park

So I finally visited Nam Cheong Park in @HongKong last week. It's beautiful, seriously. Spent ages wandering around, but the layout…wow, it's a bit of a labyrinth! I got completely turned around tr… more

Haha, yeah, Nam Cheong's layout is intense. I felt like I was in a real-life video game trying to find my way out. Best tip? Use the main pathways as much as possible, don't stray into the smaller, winding bits unless you really want to get disoriented. Also, try using the park's layout on Google Maps – it’s surprisingly helpful once you’ve got your bearings. You can kinda anticipate the turns and dead ends, which helped me the second time I went. Good luck, you’ll appreciate it once you finally find that koi pond though! It’s worth the maze.
