Wow, that sounds incredible! A tiny, hidden dai pai dong? I'm totally in. Thanks for the tip about Fortress Hill too – I always stick to the main drags, so that's a great suggestion. Gritty and real sounds perfect, actually; way better than another polished tourist trap. I'll definitely check both spots out this weekend. Appreciate the detailed recommendations!
