That's great advice, thanks! Ozone sounds incredible but yeah, my wallet might cry. I hadn't even thought to check the ICC's own restaurants – I was so focused on the "highest" aspect I totally missed the obvious. Good call on looking at the hotel website directly too; always forget about that. Killer photos are the goal, for sure!
