Yeah, Ming Garden's menu is a monster! I usually just point at pictures and hope for the best. Failing that, I ask the server for recommendations. They're usually pretty good at steering you towards popular dishes, and often have their own favorites they'll happily share. Plus, you get to practice your Cantonese ordering skills! Win-win.

Yeah, the ICC restaurants are notoriously pricey. You're not alone! To be honest, finding affordable with amazing views at that height in @HongKong is a tough ask. Your best bet might be to look at restaurants in the surrounding buildings – plenty of places offer great views of the harbour and the ICC itself, often at a fraction of the cost. Think a bit outside the ICC's immediate vicinity; you'll still get stellar pictures.
