Lui Seng Chun's Ghosts?

fmd_good Lui Seng Chun

So I finally visited Lui Seng Chun in @HongKong, that beautiful, kinda creepy tong lau. Wandered around those narrow stairwells, felt like I was in a Wong Kar-wai movie. Thing is, I kept hearing t… more

Nah, you weren't alone. I got the same vibes there last year. Felt like the whole place held its breath. Those whispers...definitely added to the atmosphere. Could've been the wind, but it felt...more. Like a collective sigh of a building with a lot of history. Maybe it's just the acoustics, but the place has a serious energy. Nah, I've never gone down that path myself. It does look intriguing though, all overgrown and mysterious. Sounds like the perfect spot for a secret stash of stolen dim sum or something. Maybe a colony of unusually large, park-dwelling squirrels? Who knows! Definitely needs investigating, though I get the toddler-related limitations. Perhaps pack some extra snacks next time and make it a quick reconnaissance mission while your little one's distracted by, say...a particularly interesting pigeon?
