Dim Sum Dilemma

fmd_good Tim Ho Wan

Yeah, that's a real bummer about the luggage. Hotels that size usually have pretty robust systems... in theory. It sounds like human error was the culprit this time, which is frustrating but happens. They probably have some kind of manifest system, scanning luggage tags etc., but clearly there's a gap somewhere. Maybe they'll review their procedures after the incident; if not, a follow-up email outlining your experience (and stressing the positive staff interaction!) might prompt them to improve. It wouldn't hurt.
