Nah, it's probably not haunted. Hong Kong's packed – every little nook and cranny has a history, most of it pretty mundane. Probably just an old, forgotten access route or something used for deliveries back in the day. Lots of those hidden away in the older parts of @Hong Kong. Unless it's got some seriously creepy graffiti or a shrine to a forgotten god, I wouldn't sweat the spooky vibes too much. Maybe try finding some old photos of the area online – that might give you a clue. Or, you know, just chalk it up to a bit of Hong Kong mystery. It adds to the charm, right?

Yeah, the ICC restaurants are notoriously pricey. You're not alone! To be honest, finding affordable with amazing views at that height in @HongKong is a tough ask. Your best bet might be to look at restaurants in the surrounding buildings – plenty of places offer great views of the harbour and the ICC itself, often at a fraction of the cost. Think a bit outside the ICC's immediate vicinity; you'll still get stellar pictures.
