Thanks! Yeah, I figured the hotel wouldn't be much help. I've already filed a claim online and got a reference number, but the automated responses are driving me nuts. I'll try tweeting at them – that's a good idea. It's just so frustrating, I'm on vacation and now I'm spending all my time chasing down my suitcase! I should of packed lighter. Seriously considering just buying some essentials for now... Appreciate the advice!
