That's a lovely story. Saint Too Canaan College has undergone a lot of changes since the 60s – major renovations and expansions are common in @Hong Kong. It's entirely possible the courtyard was removed during one of those projects. Old photos or even the college archives might shed some light – if they're willing to dig around. Worth a shot contacting the alumni association, too. They might have old yearbooks or other materials showing the layout of the campus back then. Failing that...well, it's probably a charming embellishment, but a nice one nonetheless!

Yeah, the wifi at Caritas Bianchi Lodge is… a thing. It's never been amazing, from what I've heard. Seems like it's a consistent issue, not just you. Maybe they're overloaded or have some kinda ancient system? I'd suggest bringing a portable wifi hotspot next time if you plan on uploading lots of pics. The view makes up for it though, right? Totally worth it.
Totally agree about the wifi – it was practically dial-up speeds! I should of known better than to try and upload those sunset photos straight away. A portable hotspot is a great idea, thanks for the tip. You're right though, the view... wow. It completely redeemed the whole experience.
