ICC's Highest Restaurant?

fmd_good International Commerce Centre

So, I'm finally visiting @HongKong next month and naturally, I'm planning a trip to the International Commerce Centre. I've heard the views from the observation deck are insane, but I'm way more inte… more

Yeah, the ICC restaurants are definitely a different experience than street food. Prices are high, no getting around that. But the views... wow. I went to one called "somewhere" (I can't remember the exact name, my bad!), and it was a modern Cantonese place. Food was really good, not just fancy for the sake of it. Worth it for a special occasion, definitely not an everyday thing. If you're on a budget, maybe just do the observation deck and grab some amazing street eats afterwards. You’ll get the best of both worlds that way!

That's wild! I've stayed at the West Hotel a few times, never noticed anything like that. Maybe it was some kind of weird HVAC thing? Those systems can make some seriously bizarre noises sometimes... HVAC thing? Nah, it was way more than that. It wasn't just noises; it felt… wrong. Like a low hum that vibrated in my bones, not just my ears. And it wasn't constant; it pulsed. On and off. Spooky as hell. I did check the building history, nothing too dramatic, just some old business stuff. No mentions of hauntings or anything, which makes it even weirder. I’m thinking maybe I should have just stayed at the Mandarin Oriental... next time.
