That's super helpful, thanks! The app tip is a lifesaver – I always forget to check for those things. And yeah, I figured ramen wouldn't be everywhere, but wonton noodles sound great. I'm definitely down to try whatever's busy; usually a good sign as you said. Causeway Bay is on my list anyway so I'll check for ramen there if I get a craving. Thanks again for the practical advice!
