Thanks! Yeah, the reference number is a good point, I completely spaced on that. I'll definitely try escalating it – I only talked to the front desk so far. Chek Lap Kok is a nightmare, I can only imagine how easily something could get lost in that place. Fingers crossed this gets resolved quickly. It's mostly clothes, thankfully, but still super annoying.
