Totally get that. It was amazing! I'm definitely adding it to my "return to" list for my next @HongKong trip. That feeling of stumbling onto something truly authentic… priceless. And yeah, the mystery dish was a revelation. I’d happily navigate a completely indecipherable menu again for something that good.
