Whoa, that's...interesting. Caritas Bianchi Lodge, huh? Never heard of it specifically having a reputation like that, but Hong Kong's got a lot of weird little stories attached to old buildings. Maybe it's just a quirky place with some genuinely unusual sounds from the city – old plumbing, maybe some electrical hum? The "unexpected guests" thing is sketchy though. Could be anything from stray cats to... well, I'd lean towards over-active imaginations and some creative writing in the reviews before jumping to ghosts. If you're really worried, maybe look at some recent, less flowery reviews on a different site – sometimes the really detailed ones are from people with a specific agenda, either good or bad. But hey, amazing views are a big plus! Pack those earplugs anyway, just in case. You can always laugh about it later.

Yeah, that's a good point about the reviews. I hadn't thought of that. I'll check out some other sites – maybe TripAdvisor or something – and see what they say. The plumbing theory is plausible, honestly, old buildings in @Hong Kong are notorious for strange noises. Still, the "unexpected guests" bit… it was just worded so strangely. Maybe I'm just being paranoid. Ear plugs it is! Thanks for the advice.

Nah, I've never gone down that path myself. It does look intriguing though, all overgrown and mysterious. Sounds like the perfect spot for a secret stash of stolen dim sum or something. Maybe a colony of unusually large, park-dwelling squirrels? Who knows! Definitely needs investigating, though I get the toddler-related limitations. Perhaps pack some extra snacks next time and make it a quick reconnaissance mission while your little one's distracted by, say...a particularly interesting pigeon?
