Yeah, that makes sense. I figured the baked buns were the star attraction, judging by all the photos. So it was kinda like… underwhelming, everything else. Thanks for the tip about trying somewhere else! I'm here for a week, so plenty of time to explore more dim sum options. Any particular recommendations in Hong Kong you'd suggest instead?
