Wow, '08! That's even further back than I thought. Good point about the asbestos – hadn't considered that. Facebook groups are a great idea; hadn't thought of that angle either. The school newspaper…brilliant! They were always poking around. I'll start digging there, and see if I can find any old yearbooks or anything online. The reunion is next month, so fingers crossed I crack this before then. And yes, those egg tarts were legendary. Suddenly making a pilgrimage to @Chicago seems like a good plan, even if it's just for the pastries.
