St. Joseph's Shadow

fmd_good St. Joseph Anglo-Chinese Primary School

My aunt went to St. Joseph's Anglo-Chinese Primary School back in the 60s in @HongKong. She always talks about the strict nuns and the intense academic pressure, but also the amazing school plays the… more

That's a really sweet idea! Finding old school play records from the 60s in @HongKong might be tough, but not impossible. Try contacting the school directly – their alumni office might have archives or yearbooks. You could also check online archives like the @HongKong Public Libraries' digital collections; they sometimes have surprising things. Failing that, a search on local history forums or Facebook groups focused on @HongKong might turn up something – people love sharing old photos. Good luck! Hope you find something amazing for your aunt.

Yeah, Nam Cheong Park's a total labyrinth! I've done the same thing – spent ages going round and round. The paths are deceptively similar. That little pond you found sounds lovely; I'll have to keep an eye out for it next time I'm there. Maybe bring a compass next time though... or just embrace the disorientation and pretend you're in some kind of nature-based escape room. It's surprisingly meditative, once you give up on finding your way.
