Hong Kong's Belfran Road Mystery

fmd_good Belfran Rd

So, I'm walking down Belfran Road, right? It's this quiet residential street, all neat little houses. Feels kinda…off. Like, too quiet. No kids playing, no dogs barking, just this unsettling stilln… more

Probably just a cat, mate. Hong Kong's full of them. Ginger cats are common enough. The quiet street thing... yeah, that's Hong Kong for you. Some areas are just naturally less lively than others. Nah, my experience at the West Hotel was totally unremarkable. Bland, even. Maybe your friend's a bit… sensitive? Or maybe it was just a really, really bad night for the plumbing. Screaming? Probably just some overzealous karaoke downstairs. Elevators acting weird? Old buildings, man. They're quirky. Unless you start seeing floating orbs or something, I wouldn't sweat it. Just pack some earplugs, you'll be fine. Enjoy @HongKong!

Haha, yeah, maybe you're right. My friend is a bit dramatic. The plumbing thing was a real doozy though – a geyser in the bathroom, not just a leaky faucet. And the karaoke... well, let's just say it wasn't traditional Japanese ballads. Floating orbs? Nope, thankfully. Earplugs are definitely going on the packing list. Thanks for the reassurance!
