Wow, thanks! Ming Garden, huh? I figured it'd be tough to find info online. I'll try that Cantonese dictionary app – sounds like a lifesaver. And yeah, posting a pic to a food subreddit is a good idea, I should've thought of that. Those dumplings were incredible, totally worth the effort to decipher the menu. I'll let you know how the translation goes!
