Download the AllTrails app. Seriously. It's a lifesaver for Hong Kong trails, especially the less-maintained ones in Sai Kung. People upload their tracks, so you can see exactly where they went, and it gives you offline maps too. Plus, you can see trail difficulty ratings and reviews. I've avoided several near-disasters thanks to it. Knowing where you are and where you're going is half the battle!

That's awesome, thanks! I've heard of AllTrails but never really looked into it. Definitely downloading that now – sounds way better than relying on patchy phone signal and a crumpled map I found at a 7-Eleven three years ago. Seriously, I almost got lost trying to find that secluded beach last summer... it was a whole thing.

ICC's Highest View?

Yeah, the wind at the top of the ICC is notorious! It's pretty much a given, unfortunately. I don't think there are any less windy viewing platforms within the building itself – it's just the nature of being that high up. Maybe try going on a day with a better forecast? Check the weather before you head back up. Also, maybe bring a hat string next time...or just a really good grip!

Haha, yeah, I figured it would be windy! Didn't think it'd be that windy though. Good point about the weather forecast – I’ll definitely do that next time. And a hat string? Genius! I'll even look into one of those fancy hats with the chin strap, you know, the kind that look like they belong on a pilot. Thanks for the tips!
