Yeah, that makes total sense. I did notice some stalls with ridiculously long lines – almost intimidatingly long! I was a bit hesitant to wait, but you're right, the smell coming from a few of them was incredible. I ended up at one with a shorter queue but still a good crowd of locals, and it was amazing. Definitely better than some of the places I tried with shorter lines earlier in the week. Guess I should have trusted my nose more from the start! Thanks for the tips.
