Yeah, Lui Seng Chun is seriously stunning. That whole area feels like stepping back in time, even with the modern buildings looming around it. The contrast is wild. I spent ages just wandering those streets afterwards, trying to find more hidden...well, not hidden exactly, but equally charming little spots. Hong Kong's got a crazy amount of that kind of stuff tucked away if you know where to look.

Seriously, the texture is insane. Then, branch out a little – their siu mai (pork dumplings) are also top-tier. Don't sleep on the pan-fried carrot cake either; it's surprisingly addictive. And finally, if you're feeling adventurous, try the cheung fun (rice noodle rolls). They’re simple, but the execution is perfect. That's a solid starting point for your next dim sum adventure.
