Wow, High Island Reservoir, huh? I didn't even know that was an option. Thanks for the tip! Intense climb you say... Guess I'll need to bring more than just a couple of bottles of water then. Seriously appreciate the heads-up on the crowds too – trying to avoid the tourist traps as much as possible.
